Hello,

My HP G62-a34SO doesn't recognize my internet cable when conncted to Ethernet. I installed the official driver called Realtek Ethernet Network Controller. After doing so I got an error message saying: 'The Realtek Network Controller was not found.' I can't find any network adapter on my computer apart from the wireless one.

Hi:

If the Broadcom BT driver and software worked on your PC, that means you need to install the Broadcom wireless card driver.

I asume you are running windwos 7

I looked at the driver page there can be 3 diffrent ones than may work that depends on your card brand.

First remove any drivers you have installed for your Ethernet card any than state Lan. Press Windows key + the R key at the same time.
