The sole point to be reviewed in this matter is whether ApplicationSerial No. 85642398 should be revived after the filing of a fraudulent Requestfor Express Abandonment.Given thecircumstances that a Request for Express Abandonment was fraudulently filed bysomeone purporting to act on behalf of Ubisoft Entertainment who fraudulently signedthe name of the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Application Serial No. 85642398should not be abandoned.

Request for Relief

Ubisoft Entertainment requests that Application Serial No. 85642398not be abandoned.To the extent ApplicationSerial No. 85642398 is deemed abandoned at this point, Ubisoft Entertainment requeststhat Application Serial No. 85642398 promptly be revived by the Director.

Ubisoft Entertainment further requests expedited handling ofthis Petition given the fraudulent nature of the Request for ExpressAbandonment and Ubisoft Entertainment’s interest in continuing to prosecutethis application to registration.

This Petition to the Director under 37 C.F.R. Section 2.146is appropriate because Ubisoft Entertainment requests that the Director invokesupervisory authority in this situation where a fraudulent Request for Express Abandonmentwas filed in connection with its application.
